Name one user on BR that you would would love to bowl and put the smack-down on.

Whatever the reason...

No friendship bowling, but a serious match between you and your named opponent...

If anyone is on your list at the end of July, come to NC and put some faces to the screen names.

http://www.ballreviews.com/Forum/Replies.asp?TopicID=149800&ForumID=16&CategoryID=5

Fortunately, I've already had the chance to meet a lot of great people from the site.  There's a handful I'd like to meet for other reasons, but this isn't the place to discuss that.

I'd mostly like to bowl with some of the long time posters that I haven't met yet.

Bob Hanson, Ragnar Floggurass, Steven, Sawbones, The Elitist, and many more names that are escaping me right now.

bass wants in...maybe we could do a home and home and home - haven't been up to Oshkosh since the days of the tri-county scratch tour back when I was still a young pup thinking I knew everything. Mike, what was the name of the place with the above ground ball returns? Is that place even open still? I remember shooting 300 there and going to Hogue's bar with a $100 bar tab and throwing peanut shells all over the floor. Good times.

Anyhow........

Maybe we could have a lefty-righty doubles match, I'll bring Kevin Brown as my partner.....

The place with the above-grounders is T&O.  I'm gonna try to make it up to 'Kosh tomorrow night to hang out with Mile if I don't have to bowl in town for a King Of The Hill match.  Watertown still has Firehouse Lanes, a six-lane house with above ground returns.  It wouldn't be too much of an adjustment for me as long as there was some kind of a shot where the ball didn't hook out of your hand.

Tell Brownie I said "Hi.".

Ask him about Wichita State sometime.  If my memory serves me correct, the Shockers had some interest in the southpaw when we were tearing up some junior leagues and early in our adult careers.

No worse than T & O but no better.  Add Stubby's in Waterloo to your above ground ball return grudge match.  Too bad Arcadia in Fort was torn down.  What's the 4 laner in Rome called?  Flit gun and towel..they can tube that place up.  Ask Jimmy "Shine" works for Tom Schemm about Rome.

Hartbrook/Watertown 18 are tubed....lol.

T+O has guardian heads.
Above ground ball returns.

You can only get into about 17 before your ankle gets sore on the returns.

Anything over 720 is HUGE.
