If anyone seen the women bowl on ESPN was Nebraska girls really throwing spare balls or was that red ball something else?

It was something else. My friend is close with the anchor on the Nebraska team and is supposed to text her and find out for me. I'll relay the info once I know if someone doesn't answer you before I do.

that red ball is a ball made for their team, was told it was a rock star core, but it reacts like the red pulse pretty much. how about the ROCK ON! i love watching them bowl with that equipment, who needs new technology when those balls are so controallable and strike

Was it just me or was anyone else sort of happy when the Goth Girl flagged that 2-pin to really turn the tide in the seventh game?  Smile much?  POTY or not I snickered when that happened.

Every time that chick bowled, I was almost certain she would get more angry and conjure up the devil.  By the end of the last match, there was a good amount of people drinking and yelling things at the TV like "MAY THE DEVIL BE WITH YOU"

Yeah, it was awesome.

By the "goth chick" i'm assuming you mean Cassandra Leuthold...

I've bowled against Cassie back when I was still youth and she is absolutely one of the single nicest girls I have ever talked to. On the lanes, yes she is intense, but still shows sportsmanship. More sportsmanship than most others show for sure. Apparently it's still easy for some to hate on the best (not only the best, but the best by far).

Back to the orginal question, yes they are basically remade Pulses with the Nebraska logo

OMG, come on.  I'm not questioning the girl's talent.

However, if you're gonna look like you've just bitten the head off of a bat, and have that intense, stoic, blind look on your face and flag a single pin of the deciding game of the National Championship, you're damned right I'm gonna snicker at the girl.  Did you see her?  She looked like Marilyn Manson and Amy Lee had a love child that had the necessary talent to bowl for a collegiate team.  And, for those that think I'm some sort of God-like creature claiming to be without a fault, I'm humble enough to say that if Danny Bonaduce and Michelle Feldman ever hooked up, I'd be the result.

She looked possessed. Intensity is cool, but you need to relax a little in between shots. Everytime the camera was on her, she had the same look on her face, whether she had the ball in her hand or not.

if anything she is not goth at all. she is a scene chick. it is my single most pet peeve when people dont know the difference between how groups dress. (goths, emos, punk, etc) just because someone wheres black and has "emo hair" and heavy eyeliner doesn not mean they are goth or emo

I'm only 26, so I theoretically shouldn't be that out of touch, but I have no idea what the hell a "scene girl" is. All I know is that eight pounds of eyeliner is not at all attractive. (And what's more, why do people need to slot themselves into such stupid groups as "emo" or whatever. What's the appeal of wearing really tight pants, having a horrible haircut, and listening to bad music?)

She looks like any normal girl who doesn't like being a preppy skank. Somebody who likes to be unique, not a sheeple.  If you are going to detest somebody and root against them because they they wear eyeliner get a grip. Dig your head out of Sarah Palin's a** and into the 21st century.
