need a three ball aresnal

ok stroker not alot of revs slow speed down and in player with alittle swing not much....can be any brand...like to hear from everybody espcally guys that having proshops... yes talk to proshop guy but like to hear everyones opioions.  i bowl on synthetics lanes med oil not many leftys in leauge so most times on island all by myself

Would this be primarily for use in one center, or would you want this arsenal to work for tournaments as well?

speaking as a fellow lefty islander...

I use all track, but if I were to mix i would use:

Heavy/fresh:  Ebonite mission

Med/middle of block:  track 505t (more versitle than you think, will fill a large hole in the bag depending on drilling and surface)

Late game/dry:  Track 505a (could get away with 300c or trop heat pearl or similar but since we rarely see bone dry on the left you don't want to get too weak.  Possible a 300c with 3-4k abralon for control.


I use (depending on the house):

hvy:  715T/505T
med:  505T/607A
dry:  607A/505A

FWIW, as a lefty stroker who plays down and in, this is my current arsenal:

Pure Physics - Heavy Oil
607A SE - Medium Oil (Current Benchmark Ball)
Natural - Dry Oil/Spare Ball

I mostly use my 607A.  I think I want to add a Burst to the arsenal for nights when the the 607A is too angular but the lanes aren't dry enough for the Natural.  Just some thoughts.

What kind of condition do you bowl on specifically?  Is it drier THS? Heavier? etc.

Any reference to equipment you have now and what it does, whether you like it or not?

heavy/medium are the conditions i see...seems to vary week to week heavy volumes at times is this normal....

wow in some of those choices taboo seems like to much ball,regin of fire to much....i was told i dont need high performance ball by one pro shop guy...my other pro shop guy has not discourage me from buying high performance equipment...i do like the taboo but for a stroker how would it be a good ball i saw the hammer video with kim man throwing it  shes a stroker so i think i have to go with 4000 finish on that...keep the suggestions coming

since im bowling in a new house on synttic lanes only ball haveing some sucess with is evil seige i think it need a bit more polish on it and i think i probly start to get comfortable with it...now my copperhead was my ball on wood lanes real smooth and predictable....need to get comfortable...i miss old house burned down and now they are not rebuilding taking the money and run

715T Heavy..GREAT BALL!
505T Med Heavy/Med...I agree it is more versatile than anyone thinks
607A/505A medium/Med light..Leaning more to 505A, 607A is kinda strong

You will have a hole in the lower part of the arsenal with the list above...300c is a strong ball, but its a big step down from 607/715c.

I think you would be better off with 715T/916at, 505T, 300C.  The 916AT is a pretty unique ball.  It is very versitile, dull will rival the 715T for hook, polished will rival the 607A for angularity.  Compared to the 715, the 916 will roll a little earlier and finish a little harder.  One could really go either way with the 916/715.

i'll put my vote in for the 916AT -- i cant express how awesome this ball works for me. my carry is way better. put it this way, i cant wait to get to the lanes because i know this ball will help me kick the **** out of whoever i bowl. just get one and you will see why!
