I always use arrows. If the lanes I'm bowling on have the range-finders at the breakpoint, I'll use them too. For me it's hard to visualize the breakpoint without the range-finders. Much less to get frustrated over and worry about.

Don't target at all. Just line up feet and shoulders. Used to look at individual boards but have gotten out of that for some reason.

Start with the pins, then the break point, last the arrows.

When I start my approach its arrows and breakpoint

Arrows or shaded boards at break point (if they exist)...sometimes the reflection of the lane number or some other marking that is useful.
