Haha, had fun with a drilling today
« on: March 27, 2004, 09:21:57 PM »
We have the women's state tournament here this year, and a lady picked out a ball today.  When I was copying her measurements from a ball (she was bowling with it) I noticed her track.  She's righthanded, but throws a backup ball, AND it's a full roller back up ball.  In other words, she throws righthanded, but tracks like a lefthanded full roller.  So that's how I drilled the ball . . cg in the palm, pin to the right of the thumb.  That's probably the oddest drilling anyone can do.  Unless of course you have a lefty that throws a backup full roller . .

"2.7 million!"
"Are you sure?"
"Wait, no, that's 27 million.  27 million dollars!  YES!"
*Awkward silence*
"Just got the, uh, . . holy spirit.  You should get on that train, good ride."

Hamster Resurgence -- Havn't seen one of thase yet.  I do have a lefty that throws a full roller, which is unusual.  The way he cranks it you would think he's a low 3/4, but the oil rings don't lie.  I drilled it per the recommendations and by the time the ball is done flaring it is rolling perpendicular to the grip midline.  --  JohnP
