Im readings this course in school, where we learn about smaller companies. My company is a pro-shop, but i have no idea on how large the local has to be, how many balls i should keep in the store and so on. I need to know some basic stuff, how many balls i need to sell per month so i wont be broke and that kind of stuff.

How many balls will depend strongly on the area you live in. See what rent would be like for a suitably-sized space, estimate the monthly utility bills. That will give you a starting point for your month-to-month costs. How much money would you make on a ball? How many times larger is your month-to-month cost than the per-ball profit?
Note that that doesn't factor in other expenses like sharpening drill bits, inserts, sandpaper and cleaners/polishers.
