Regrets.

I spent a good amount of money within the past couple weeks on epuipment.  New shoes and a couple of bowling balls.  I'm happy with everything, it's just that I'm thinking now, was it such a good idea to buy these things right now.  Especially the shoes, spent a nice amount, but it was still cheaper than what I've seen them for. I don't necessarily have any regrets, I guess that after totaling up everything,(bought the shoes today), I'm left thinking like WOW, I really need to win some pots and recoop this $$$.  Do any of you go through this after the purchase has been made on bowling equipment?  I really needed these things, I probably should've just taken my time in getting them.

I bought the ball from Bowlers Pro proshop in Toronto.  It's about 15min east of Dundas and Dixie.  The driller of my ball is a certified IBPSIA driller (one of the only ones in the area...lol!)  and he's also my coach.  All the stuff he sells is at retail price, but because he's my coach he gives me a 10% discount.  I haven't seen a proshop in the area that sells balls for much less than retail, so my conclusion is that getting the ball from my coach is the best and pretty much only option I have!

I'm not sure if I'll still have to pay duties and all that extra stuff because for the bowling ball roller I ordered from NY, I had to pay shipping, and before  they would actually give me the ball, I still had to pay all that extra stuff.  

Hey Dabalos, how do you know about Dominion?  Are you from Canada? If so, where abouts are you located?

PS.  Dominion is usually overpriced compared to stores like Price Chopper or Food Basics...lol tehee.
