Power Groove Teal/Purple with a ton of shine. Read my review on it I just drilled one up for drier conditions and this ball is it.

blazing inferno with the pin drilled next to your middle finger for me it is close to my ball track. This is the best dry lane ball I have- not bad for the driller screwing up and drilling it for a lefty.

LOL!

Anyways, how does the Blazing Inferno handle carrydown?  I would prefer something that clears the heads with ease and has energy to cut through carrydown.  Any more help/opinions is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have both a Sonic Boom and Sonic X Solid that I use for these conditions and they both work great.
I also tried a Power Groove on the same condition but it was over/under and to snappy of the break point for me.
The sonics gave me a bit more room more hold if pulled and don't over react if I get it outside to early.
In my opinion they are the best available for med/light to light, too strong for dry though. They seem to handle carrydown pretty good for me but that may be because when I am using them I am usually getting out to like the 5@45-50' and going around the carrydown.
If you are looking for something that is LONG and STRONG without overreacting I don't think you can go wrong.

Try the C300 Flipside Panic. See alot of those in my college league seems to work well on the burnt lanes every other week.
