What's holding you back from a higher average?
« on: November 04, 2010, 01:29:18 AM »
Right now for me it is 2 things:

1. I have been awful at converting the 7 pin spare and have been slightly less awful at converting other spares. Last night I missed 4 of 6 7 pins.  In the last 3 weeks I have missed a total of 11 makeable spares...BRUTAL.  It's cost me 5 pins in average.

2. I've been too stubborn to make a ball change early enough in my series.  Last night I left 5 7 pins in the first game before I switched balls.  For the season, I am averaging 35 pins lower in the 1st game as compared to the 2nd game.  I need to make changes quicker...

So what's holding you back?  Anything?  Please feel free to anti-figjam it up...
