Ok, so I need a new bowling ball. I'm a right handed bowler and when I was deeply into bowling, I was carrying a 210 avg. I have bowled less and less over the past year and my avg has dropped to about a 185. Right now I'm using a Radical Inferno, but thats all I know because I honestly don't understand the pins or the top weight stuff. I stand on the 40 board and my break point is about the 8 board. Unfortunately, I have realized that the R.I. does not hae the hook that I require in order to throw like this. I was interested in the Black Widow Venom, but after the reviews on here, I'm not sure it would hook enough for my own purposes. Any help with ball suggestions or understanding the top weight and pin stuff would greatly appreciated. I need to know, if anyone can tell me, how to understand the top weight and pin location so I can order my bowling balls online.

Is there any reason why you have to stand all the way left and cross damn near the whole lane?  For what you are trying to do, there is almost no ball out there that will do what you want.  Move your body back to the right a bit and straighten up...then you can have the pick of whatever ball you want.

There is almost no reason to want to play the lanes you are unless you just like watching the ball cover all those boards.  Its very hard to be consistant that way.  So do yourself a favor and straighten up...and you will probably watch your average go back up and not have to go out and get a new ball.
