New 14lb. arsenal
« on: July 19, 2003, 05:21:03 AM »
I've just started throwing a 14lb. Ebonite Savage Pearl.  Its a good light to light medium ball but now I need something stronger.  I've been looking at the Columbia Wicked or maybe the Ebonite Savage solid (which I would probably have to polish some for my slower speed).  My proshop suggested I look at the new Brunswick Monster Bruiser. I really want to stick with reactive rather than particle.

Any ideas for the next ball would be appreciated.

If you're using 14 lbs., nothing is better than Lane #1's stuff in that weight. Their 14 lb. balls have the same core as their 16 lbs., so it will hit harder than the other companies 14 lb. stuff. If you look at their differential numbers on their website, www.lane1bowling.com , you will notice that the diff. increases as the weight of the ball decreases. =:^D
