Question regarding a chipped slug.
« on: May 18, 2009, 09:42:46 AM »
The very top of the slug chipped off, leaving a sharp point directly in the thumb hole. I sanded it flat, but it's very agitating on the thumb [it's right at the bend]. Is there a quick fix for this instead of replacing the whole slug? I tried putting tape over it, but that only lasts a couple frames.

Thanks.

PlastiZap super glue and Zap Kicker... then file it off and sand it smooth. Both available at hobby shops.

Thanks, Nick. Worked very well. It started to slightly spread, so I'm hoping the glue will hold it together for awhile.
