An Unique Bowling Feat
« on: January 28, 2005, 01:32:28 PM »
I'd like to call your attention to a bowling event that occured in 1986.  In the 925 Classic League at Cherry Bowl in Sunnyvale CA, a young man by the name of Bob Seisbuttel converted the seven-ten split....twice!....In the same Game!. I doubt if that has been accomplished before or since. I know Bob and have bowled with him for years--I saw him today and that reminded me of his achievement.  Although I personally was not present when it happened, I have talked to several bowlers who were on the same pair with Bob and they all confirmed that it was true.

me and a friend were bowling Low Ball the other day and so he let one rip right at the 10 pin, perfect shot.  Nailed the ten pin back then it went over and popped out the 7.  took the 7-10 off the rack.  it wasn't more than 4 shots later that he did the exact same thing.  Kinda sad because for the longest time i could hold over him that I had taken the 7-10 off the full rack, but now he's doubled my feat.  Maybe its easier for us to do it because we already throw the ball 21 mph at our 10 pins .

Conversation between me and my girlfriend.

Her(what I hear):Blah blah blah blah blah BOWLING blah blah.
Me: What did you say about bowling?
Her: I didn't say bowling I said, DRIVING, I'm tired of driving.
Me: Ohhh. Nevermind.

3 years ago in my sport bowling league (Albany, NY) a guy named Mickey Sherman made the 7-10 in game one and the 4,6-7,10 (big 4) a few frames later in game two. He beat me both games because of those spares. It was in every bowling magazine. Something to witness.
