Unfortunately God (or the monkey I evolved from) decided to pick the wrong appendage to make longer than normal which causes me to have trouble getting the thumb hole exactly right.  Actually not it's not only the length but the size of my thumb between the first and second joints is probably half the size of the padded part of the thumb.  This causes the top of the thumb hole to be really loose and on my take away it puts a lot of pressure on the back left portion of my thumb.  I was just curious if anyone else has this problem and what you do, if anything, to help out a bit.
