Who makes smoother white tape? I have ran across some brunswick white tape that was smoother and some that seemed more textured. I prefer smoother white tape, but can't find any.

the regular powerhouse tape is smoother than this stuff.
the black is much smoother, but i dont like the residue it leaves behind when I take it out
AMF, Brunswick and Storm all have white tape that is non-textured I believe

The new Powerhouse white tape is considerably less tacky than the old white tape marketed under all the other companies.
As far as black tape goes, the only one I've found which leaves less residue (and is thicker and easier to use) is the Ebonite black tape. The other black tapes are too thin and leave behind so much gunk that it's hard to use the ball once you've removed a piece. The Ebonite black tape is easier to remove and doesn't leave any residue.
