Series rule question
« on: February 10, 2005, 11:48:25 AM »
I was late for bowling today, due to a work meeting.  I got there in the middle of the first game.  My blind scores were recorded for the first game, and then I bowled games 2 and 3.  Does my series include the game 1 scores as well?  Or since I only bowled 2 games, my pinfall for 2 games is recorded but i didn't register a 3 game set?

Unless I'm crazy, the blind score counts.

I think you're right, Im just verifying since I know if you are absent for 3 games, those scores do not go onto the sheet for games or pinfall. I thought the rule was if you miss 1 game and then bowl the next, the blind game is added to your scores.

the blind score would count towards the teams total pins for that game and the series, but not your individual series.

Rev-o-lutions is right, for your scores, you only get a 2 game set.  The absent scores do count for the team and total pins, but when added to your season totals, they only add the 2 games you bowled.
