New USBC Awards
« on: July 29, 2009, 04:03:11 AM »
New USBC Awards are mangnets. There are more game awards going up in 25 pin increments and the same 300 - 700 series awards. The average requirements have changed however, so it is now harder to get these awards. One thing I did notice is that these magnets are "made in the USA" compared to the pins and emblems which were "made in China". I like that they have a more modern look to them, the graphics being updated.

When do these magnets go into effect for distribution?

I'm glad to see that there may be some thought being put into awards.  When I shot my first 700 series I got to pick an award.  All of them were weird.  I got the Zippo lighter because it was the nicest award.  I don't smoke put it sits on the mantle over the fire place.  Some of the sport league awards were odd too.
