It worked ok for me. Btw, what ball were you throwing...another btw, a couple of more throws would have made the video a little nicer, IMHO.

I tried it on both Explorer and AOL and it doesn't work on either site for me.

Sorry guys, I dont know why it does not work for some... funny thing is that it does not work for me either using IE... but works fine using Firefox. Go figure.

As for the ball, heck I dont kow. I practice with all 8 balls and try to make them all strike. I practice about 20-30 games each day I practice.

As for posting at the line... yup I agree. This is the first set of video I took (in years) and with my new camera. I see a few things I need to work on and posting (knee bend) is clearly one of them.

As for adding multipul shots... I looked at them and they all looked the same to me and I figured why bother. After I work on a couple things I will reshoot and supply a better video.

Thanks for the constructive criticism and keep them coming.

Ah, this one works!

Looks nice. You are fast, but the timing looks O.K. and you have a nice, fluid release.

Based on this single shot, the only thing I find to watch out for is your balance at the foul line. Your upper body is tilted to the right, and this seems to tip you off-balance after the release. I'd guess that you also accellerate your swing to keep up with your feet, so that "everything about you" thrusts forward at the foul line. Braking might be a tough job after the ball is gone?

I just cannot tell if this is something to check or how to improve. I'd suggest trying to keep your upper body more upright, so that more weight is pushed "leftward" onto your sliding foot. This willl certainly make balance easier and probably improve consistency.

   I agree with your accessment... Standing tall during the approach and more knee bend in the slide (less waist bend forward). This should not only help with balance and posting but should also help with my #1 problem... ball speed (I am around 15-16 through the pin deck). This will also help with projection.

   Use should note that I very recently shortened my approach from the last row of dots to just behind the first row. This has help my armswing and timing. I think some of the finish position issues are related to shortening my slide to accomodate my new timing.

 To fix that just re-read my post "Just had a Ureeka moment" I know you read it. Should only take six shots to fix.

BTW 793 Last night in league. Needed a strike in the 10th for eight. My new back angle failed me under pressure.
