First vid is from about a year ago, and the other ones are from today.  I'm working on getting more of a flatter plane at the bottom of my swing, so staying a little taller at the line has helped.  Kendra Gaines worked with me for a bit about 3 months ago and thought this might help me control my launch angle a little better.  Enjoy

Vitug, i don't really bowl for action, but if i can make some money this summer at some tournies i'll consider it.  I have never been to kegal, before it moved or after.  We'll see what i'm up to around that time and see if me some buddies wana take a ride down.
