I was standing around after i bowling class in college and we are allowed to use the drill and spinner and all equipment free of charge. Well a kid was resurfacing his v2 particle. We keep the water in a spray bottle but it was no where to be found so he looked around and found a sports water bottle full. Well he decided to use that an he started and he used a couple different grits before turning it and when he went to turn it he noticed that he had been resurfacing his ball with lane oil. He said tht the bll will prob never hook again

Hot water and dawn treatment. Followed by another resurface should bring it back again.
