Looks like he might have a short middle finger, as you can see the very large middle finger grip.

That is Bill Fong, from the Dallas area.  Super nice guy. He used to work for Tom Wicker in one of his pro shops, I guess he still does?

 He uses a wide bridge like that for some reason.  The pin just happens to there on this ball.  He sells lots of balls on Ebay, good dood, don't hesitate to buy from him.
