Pocket 9-10
« on: February 18, 2004, 11:13:07 AM »
OK, a friend of mine usta joke about having such a strong ball and turn to the pocket that he one time, he ripped the pocket and left a 9-10 split.

Well in the past two mondays during league, i have left TWO pocket 9-10 splits.  I mean both of them i just was like WTF and couldnt believe that i left them.

The last one i left on monday nite was first shot in second game after i shot 300 in my first game,, so i guess i got lucky lol.

I have seen in the league that I sub in a fellow lefty leave a pocket 9-10 on what I thought was a good hit, the ball really turned sharp on the back ends to cause that one. Another teammate was prone to leaving pocket 8-10's (a right hander) and that one caused perplexed looks as the ball would drive through the 5 pin and the 6 would sprial over the 10...
