I am hoping that some of the experts on here and some of the bowlers who have palmed a ball long term can give me some guidance here -
I have had some finger trouble in the past, and am considering throwing No Thumb, as I have a strong upper body and arms. Does the no Thumb release put more strain on the fingers, or on the wrist, or is it more pressure on the arm in general?
