dexter shoes

I got a new heal for my sst8's.  You have 5o cut it to fit it says.  It's way too big.  It's very thick.  Any ideas on how to cut it?  Don't think scissors will work.

A lot of guys just leave it and center as good as possible
otherwise, a sharp utility knife will work

I use a Chicago Cutlery scissors on mine. Works very well.
