ive been struggling ever since i took summer off and during summer i only bowled about 4 games a week in league, i think i developed a bad habit or somthing. i got a coaching lesson yesterday and i found i was dropping the ball pretty close to the line. i also talked to my pro shop guy about my ball, im throwing the ultimate inferno, he said that i should throw somthing not so high end. he told me i should throw somthing like Sheer Havoc or the new amf or somthing not so high end that will help me with my game. my question is that what ball do i get if there are about 99999 thousand different ones to choose from. he told me i should stay away from storm and brunswick due to so many high enders. what do you think? thanks alot i appreciate it, Matt

Well based on your profile you are a medium speed stroker that only has 2 fairly agressive bowling balls. I'm a little confused on why he thinks that high end euipement is bad for you? There are some really great balls in the mid-price market, but I find it odd that he made such a blanket statement like that.

What kind of conditions do you bowl on, where do you like to play, etc.? Basically we need more input from you to base any kind of choice on.

conditions are about med somtimes dry but not that often, i play a tight line from 23 to about 17, or an open shot from 19 to 8-9
