Well I fractured a bone in my wrist, the triquetrum, about a month-month and a half ago. After finally examining that it was a fracture, I was put in a cast for a month. I just got my cast off 2.5 weeks ago from today and had the ok to bowl this week. I bowled, my wrist is hurting, so I thought ok, obviously it should be hurting a little. Then bowled a little longer, ok, it's REALLY hurting bad. So I take a 2 day break, same story again. Another day break, same story. Now i'm starting to worry. I strengthened it since the day my cast was off, too.
We went back to the doctor yesterday since I and my parents are pretty worried. I now have another CT Scan scheduled. The doctor said if it's partially fractured still, I have to be casted longer with some sort of magnetic pulse treatment (in which he hardly has faith in, he admit). If it's still completely fractured, he's talking surgery.
I'm so worried. This is completely affecting my bowling game here and now he's talking surgery. I have 2 NIB balls to still drill (a Brunswick Siege/Rattler) and I can't be any more anxious to drill them.
Sorry for the long rant, I just needed to let that out. I'm just very worried. I guess for now, the most I can do is catch up on reviews of my equipment.
Thanks for reading. Any optimistic comments appreciated.
