Vise "Bio-Skin" Tape
« on: December 01, 2003, 08:30:15 PM »
Anyone out there use this?? I have the regular Vise Skin Protection tape and love it on my thumb. Helps with a clean, consistent release. Now I am interested in the "Bio-Skin" tape. Any reports on this stuff, likes/dislikes?? LMK.

I like it problem is I can't use it much most of the time my problem is being able to get my thumb out of the ball and the extra layer no matter how thin doesn't help.

I've been using VISE Bio Skin Tape on my fingers for about 7-8 months now. It feels fine if you put it on right. you MUST wash your hands with soap and water before applying this stuff, I think that's where most of the complaints come from. Also, in addition to washing your hands, when applying the tape to my fingers, you have to stretch it a little to prevent the folding that occurs because of the rubbing of the tape and the ball when lifting the ball upon release or pushing your fingers into the ball.

That is all i have to say about Vise Bio Skin tape...
