ppl just kept getting off topic and all it started to be was a bickering contest. so i just deleted it i bought some regular ones and they helped with elbow so im good

I bought an arm sleeve and an elbow support by the McDavid company.I don't know if you have any interest in looking at the elbow support, but I found that it is a superb item that provides support without feeling overly restrictive. It's not neoprene. It's a very comfortable material. I got mine on ebay for $8.49 shipped. Just thought I'd pass that on.

ok thanks man ill check it out? i got a regular elbow brace but it just restricts my movement sometimes and it just gets in the way

After using mine today, I can tell you there is no restriction of movement. Just a comfortable, firm support that after a short time you hardly feel on. I had no elbow or forearm ache afterward!
