14 - 15 - 16

Which weight is most popular on tour and how do you pick the right weight for you.  A couple regional pros I know said that the majority of men on tour use a 15 lb ball is that true?

15# is probably the most popular with "serious" league bowlers as well as touring pros.  I think Jason Couch uses a 14.5# ball.  Some still throw 16#.

I'm more than capable of throwing a 16 pound ball, but I throw all light 15's.  I feel that I can hit up on the ball better and with more consistency.  I don't get as tired either.
