Vise IT Conversion

What would I have to do to swtich from Turbo Switch Grips to the Vise IT's? Will I have to plug the thumbs on all my equipment?

My latest order form lists it. Must be relatively new, but yes, you can order the 1-9/16" bit and everything else to use 1-1/2" slugs.
