Just curious if anyone on this board instead of using a slide on the final step instead plant their slide foot when coming through on their delivery? I've never developed much of a slide and still been able to make it work for my game.

While we are at it, any other unusual quirks that you may have about your delivery, be it with footwork or armswing? I've seen some bowlers who do figure 8's behind their backswing but still are able to get everything back in time when they are ready to release the ball.
