Some of you guys really need to stand back and look at reality. ESPN doesn't cut-off any sport. It doesn't matter what is on after it. Tennis matches run long, and they delay the start of a NASCAR race, or move it to another network in the family. NASCAR races run long and MLS Soccer games start on another channel. It happens all the time. It has nothing to do with bowling. It is ESPN's mantra (for lack of a better word, and a lack of knowing that it is true corporate policy) that they follow an event until the end. If it is a live event, like the drag racing was last week, and whatever it was that delayed the bowling this week (I didn't see the beginning of the show anyway) was a live event. For every bowling fan that posts here, there are probably 1 or maybe 2 fans of the sport that is on at the time. Why are you, as a bowling fan, more important then those fans? The bowling wasn't cut short, you still saw the entire program beginning to end. If they cut part of the program out because of it, then you would have something to complain about.
And for those that are too young, or too stupid to remember. There were many times that the bowling on ABC started late when college football season was going on as some games ran late. It happened and it happens.
