keeping thumb straight
« on: February 11, 2009, 03:44:12 PM »
I have the bad habit of bending my thumb inside my thumbhole, so i'm trying to get rid of that bad habit, but when i concentrate on keeping my thumb straight and my nail touching the back of the thumbhole it hurts a lot on the base of my thumb. Any help on how to avoid this? Keep in mind I already use a lot of bevel because of an injury in the base of my thumb.

Don't do it!!! Just put in your thumb as you always do then straighten it as you go to release the ball.
