If I were coaching you I would first have you take another second between getting set and going. Such a fast pick up and go can cause balance problems if you are having a bad night. I would also want to slow down your whole approach you are almost running to the line. Also, you are keeping your wrist very stiff at a severe angle all the way through your swing and release. I would try to keep your wrist at a less severe angle maybe a max of keeping your thumb at a 90 degree angle from your arm and then getting a much more rolling motion of the ball. In general, tense muscle is your enemy. Physics will never change while if you are having an off night your muscles will get in the way of a good shot.

As mentioned, take an extra second or two once you pick up the ball as it will help you set up and keep your balance better.  I also second what was mentioned about your wrist.  The concern I would have with having the big angle on it is that it can lead to ligament or tendon strain (tendonitis) eventually.  It's definitely something you would not want to experience with bowling regularly.  There are a lot of ways that you can still get a good rev rate while relaxing or cutting down the wrist angle.

On the positive- you seem to get out of the ball well and there is no doubt you can get some revs on it.  That can help on the long patterns where you need to create some room for the later blocks.

One last thing: if those are house shoes, definitely invest in a good pair of Dexter or 3G shoes.  You'll get a better fit and it can help with the slide by giving you interchangeable heels/soles.   I would stay away from Etonic at this point since there have been some manufacturing issues causing them to fall apart quicker.  At least that's according to the pro shop I go to that stopped selling them lately.

I hope you put some more videos up so we can see any changes you decide to make or any progress from time to time.

"Less grip pressure is key, this article may help you:"

I agree with the grip.  It looks like you squeeze like crazy at the bottom of your swing.  Less squeeze, more roll.  It may take you some time to get used to, but rely on your fingers to create revolutions, not cranking your wrist.  Keep your balance at the line that you are doing in the video and let the ball work for you, don't force it.  Good luck, and good bowling!

Balls in the bag and order they come out:
#1/2 Nano and Anarchy #3- Virtual Energy   #4- Gravity Shift #5- Big Hit (spare and really dry)
#6- Teal Rhino Pro (oldie but a goodie)
