It sure would be interesting to get a thorough review of the new balls being used now by the previous poster.

"Love the Yeti Untamed and Torrid Elite"? How about telling us all why.

Anyone can say they love this or that.  Not very informational nor of any help to other bowlers.

I know this is over your head but what ball works for one person might not work for others.  You wouldn't understand anything other than "they hit like a truck".  Besides, you seem to be more concerned with bowling shoes that fit fat feet.  Go away, troll.

The performance you get out of the Torrid line and Grease Monkey (uses the finger scoop technology) can't be beat for the price range they are in.
The 2 Yeti's speak for themselves, Mo's finger scoop technology.
The Reax line continues to get even better with each release, Reax Version 2 & Version 2 Pearl incorporate the finger scoop technology.
I was a DV8 guy before throwing Radical and a Storm fan before that. All I can say is I've had great success since joining up with Radical.
Give Radical a shot I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Considering my personal opinion that included my personal experience was very similar to Dewey's, yet you and your cheerleader attack my inquiry, I'd say it is you two exhibiting serious troll behavior.

And your dislike toward posts regarding bowling shoes and attacks on heavier bowlers is juvenile.  To the issue of shoes, didn't you see the focus this past weekend that the announcers paid to Pete Weber's shoes? A very undervalued part of the game.

Now back to topic. All my original post said was that saying you Love the Yeti wasn't very informative.  We all know that one ball may react in different ways for different bowlers.  The question was for you to tell us more why YOU love it.

Please provide that review, it might be helpful to some here.

not thrown any but their offerings look really impressive. I'm gonna try the yeti untamed and g monkey soon.
The harder I try the harder they fall

I have the Black Reax and I save it for challenge/sport shots.  It's a great, strong, and predictable ball.  I struggle on flatter patterns since I'm speed dominant and this ball gave me enough down lane reaction to carry and score.

I'm going to be getting some instruction and recommendations directly from Mo in a week and a half, pretty excited about it.

Look at you.  I guess all the effort is paying off and I'm starting to see hints that you might be able to house-broken/toilet trained after all.

Nevertheless,  asking what somebody thinks of a new ball company or a ball company in general is pointless.  Its personal preference.  Did you want me to say the "continuous movement thru the pins is second to none"?  How about "it picks up the midlane really well and makes an abrupt move to the pocket but not a snap"?   Do those cliche's help you?  I doubt it.   Why don't we just stay with "it hits like a truck" and "they have pretty colors".  That's all you need to know.

Boy I'm sure glad I decided to stop lurking and start posting, what with discussions like this.  If I wasn't already hopelessly addicted to bowling, this site would make me seriously consider taking up another activity.  I have better discussions and less drama with my high schoolers.

Same here, newbie.  Same here.  Don't come to a bowling site on the internet expecting witty discussion.  Most of the people on here hate bowling if you read their posts or topics.  Good luck

I can find something from almost any manufacturer that I can score with. What I look for is a ball that gives me a unique line to pocket. Recently I had this with the AMF Incenerate balls but the new stuff from Roto and Brunswick put guys with me so I tried Radical. The Reax 2 and Yeti untamed have given me that look. I strive to be the best bowler on the condition I'm facing and so far Radical is the ticket. I bowl in a competitive environment where a couple of pins seperate the cashers from the donors. I cash with Radical. This is the personal opinion of a bowler with over 50 years of experience and the means to use any manufacturer I want.

I know coach Hines. It's too bad trolls sometimes interfere here. All I asked for was a simple review and why he liked the ball.

Something as simple as what rack attack just posted would have been just fine rather than his getting so defensive.
