Client Humor From Susie Minshew.

For all those who get Bowling This Month  and those who don't.This humor is from the students of
USBC Gold coach Susie Minshew.These are from the September 2009 issue.

I had a client who was having trouble clearing the thumbhole.He was consistently thumping over it.
I knew I hadn't explained things well enough when he turned to me and said,"This lane sure is bumpy."

"The lanes just aren't used to my ball yet."

These are just a few of the funny things Susie's students have said to her.I have had a student say that,
"These lanes are longer than the ones I bowl on."Has anyone had someone say something strange
like this.

i have talked to many 180-200 avg bowlers that dont even know there is oil on the lanes. i kid you not.

My wife throws an 8 lb. Maxim straight as an arrow.  I sure don't want to discourage her enthusiasm, but I have a real hard time keeping a straight face whenever she talks about how the conditions at Brunswick-owned lanes are better for her than the conditions at the AMF-owned lanes.

I love Susie!   I went to Vegas a few years ago and the first person I saw at the hotel was Susie getting on the elevator.  She goes "Robert what are you doing here?" "Oh yeah it is the coaching summit!"  I told her I was going downstairs to get a hamburger in the bowling center.  She said "NO No there is a Fat Burger here!" so ok I went to fat burger and asked the cashier what one was.  She looked at me with a Duh look.  So I got the greasiest Chili Cheese burger with Jalapenos I have ever had and fries.  I like to died the next day in meetings!
