I think Brunswick cares more about sweeping the sidewalk in front of headquarters than whats said on an internet message board.

Ric has no worries about job security, hes one of the most respected ball representatives nation wide.

Ric probably extends his hand in good faith here, I'm certain hes not "damage control", as Brunswick has its own public relations department for that.

WRONG>>> one side was 10 lbs. and the other was 4 lbs.


jls31316 -- You must have misunderstood what they said.  If what you state were true, the ball would have at least 6 lbs of top weight.  --  JohnP

Mav, my comment about supporting the company you work for as a part of job security applies to all of us -- it's not just a Ric specific thing.

There is no question that Ric is a talented guy, and that if Brunswick decided to replace him with a product FAQ page developed by an overseas webmaster, he'd land somewhere.

The point is that he is on ballreviews as Ric, Brunswick employee -- certainly NOT as Ric, private bowling citizen. As such, his every word and every action is about promoting the interests of Brunswick. And there is nothing negative implied; he's doing exactly what's expected of him -- being a good corporate citizen.

If you believe different, then at best you're kidding yourself. At worst, you still have a lot to learn about how the corporate world works.

There was a 6# difference in weight between two equally sized halves of a bowling ball?  There is no possible way to have that occur and keep top, bottom, finger, thumb, and side weights within legal limits.  Three seconds of deep contemplation will tell you that.
