Axis Migration: Sym vs. Asy Cores
« on: August 05, 2007, 09:34:07 AM »
All,
The USBC has recently completed an in-depth study on axis migration.  The entire article/study is called "Marketing vs. Physics: The Truth about Axis Migration and Core Dynamics".  It is now posted on bowlingdigital.com but will soon be posted on bowl.com.  Below is the link to bowlingdigital.  This article and tests determined how axis migration occurs in many different types of bowling balls.  It also looked at asy. vs. sym. cores.  This is a highly debated topic with some interesting results.  Take a look!!
