something with a strong coverstock (like a cell power swing or full swing) a high differential (0.042+) and a fairly low rg to get it to pick up (lower than 2.50).
drill it strong for your style and remember in pba experience on the shark pattern Slow it down is a must no matter what your rev rate

Something to bear in mind is that the PBA Experience patterns generally aren't that slick.  The longer patterns don't have a very high volume in general, and can start to hook quite a bit after just a couple games.  The shorter patterns do have higher volumes up front generally, but again, are short.  Stronger balls with weaker drill patterns and a little surface are you friends on these kind of patterns.

What would you recommend for a low ball speed, medium rev bowler like myself and its on 20 feet gurdian then rest wood.
