I am planning on joining a PBA experience league for the first time this ummer. Do you need new bowling balls or can you THS league equipment suffice?

Thanks,

You can use your normal stuff. All I did was rough up the surfaces for the longer patterns. Now if I could just make good shots it would help.

Usew hatever you are familiar with - in fact, this will tell you how you have to adjust, and surface changes are recommended if you feel that your stuff is "not enough". It is a great opportunity to learn a lot about equipment and your game.

I'd start with anything you have in the bag right now, and see what happens. Chances are high that you will probably have to play different lines than on THS (much straighter), and margin for error will appear hideously low, so do not get panicked if your average falls by 30 or so.

Watch, adjust and learn
