This may help with the WBT:
http://worldtenpinbowling.com/rulesandpublications/patterns.php
From there, you can probably just use the Brunswick Pattern Editor software to create it.

Brunswick's site has a pattern library, which includes the WTBA patterns.
http://www.brunswickbowling.com/products/lane-maintenance/lane-patterns/
Can't help with PBA patterns.

This can also help by giving you something unique. European Bowling Tour patterns along with the Mark Roth, Carmen Salvino, and Dick Weber patterns:
http://www.ebtbowling.com/oil_patterns/oil_patterns.html
Same thing though- you'd want to use the Brunswick Pattern Editor software to create the pattern/zones/volumes.

All the old animal patterns have been lengthened by 2-4 feet, plus Badger Wolf and Bear have been added. Cant help you on finding the patterns for the A22. Sorry.
