Peculiar Finishes
« on: February 19, 2004, 01:05:08 AM »
Last night in league I seemed to struggle but all three games I struck in the 9th and struck out in the tenth. I do not remember ever doing that before, being so consistent at the end of all three games. Too bad the rest of the games were not so nice.

Well, here's one...

Start:  X9/XXXXX  Whoa, 270's right?

Finish:  229.  Wow.

But i didn't care, my first two games were like 117-128...Yep, i'm a newbie.  This was a couple months ago.

I've thrown the back 6 strikes in a series to shoot 690's no less than 3 times in the past two years.

One night I started with 10 7 pins in the first 16 frames- only to finish games two and three with the last 6 in a row. Shows that you can never tell when the strikes will come and the single pins won't fall...
