Question Regarding PBA Tournaments

How do they determine the bracket at the 3rd round? For
example they have PDW #1 vs R Edwards #32 at this week's
tournament. If you look at the standings after the 2nd
round PDW is 24th and Edwards is 22. Is is based on what
they did in the 2nd round or what? Very confusing.

They are seeded by the number of points they have accumulated over the last 20 tournaments.

The first two qualifying rounds only determine who gets into the match play bracket.
