I am having a tough time with my release,I have a cuped wrist during the backswing but on the downswing I seem to loose all power.Do you recomend wrist support or should I check my aproach.I do not think I have a weak wrist.

Go to
www.bowl4fun.com/ron/roncarchive.htm
and click on The Bowlers Release link. Only wrist supports I recommend are the ones wih the metal piece on the back to keep your wrist straight. They don't restrict you and you can easily change wrist positions with these. Don't waste your money on the 50 gadgets. Just read over the article carefully and practice that technique it will pay off in the end.
