Finger pain

I have switched my grips to the turbo soft/t power lifts and have gotten more on the ball than I ever have.  Since then, my fingers are raw by the 2nd game.  Can tape cure this or should I try a pitch change?  I currently have 3/8" lateral and 1/4" palm in both fingers...

Make sure your grips are big enough.  If they are too small, they may be pinching the ends of your fingertips.  Check your span also, too long span, along with grip size and finger pitch can make your finger tips very sore and painful.

In this case I hate to disagree.  but the more forward in any digit one has(towards center of palm) the longer the fingers or thumb stay in the hole.

The more reverse the quicker the digit exits.
