I suck. Plain and simple .. and heres why
Ive bowled with great form, 200 avg, and more ball speed and revs than I do now, til I was injured quite a bit this past decade, and especially even until 2006 when I had to quite until just recently
Im trying to upload a video now. Ive had some injuries in the past 6-10 yrs that really get to me.. A torn ACL and MCL on my slide leg, torn Rotator cuff and tendon and nerve damage in my hand, Both on my bowling arm..
So over the years I have altered thing to help take some stress off things.. ESPECIALLY the shoulder . I have a little compilation vid Im trying to upload now but its taking forever, so that you guys could help me.. I know Im bending my elbow a bit and am a little stiff on the release, but hopefully that will come in time, with practice..
But what is the cause and solution for getting a nice smooth release, instead of the hop?
