I think the best part of that article is ESPN saying they have interest in showing the pba 50
I wonder if they think that the PBA50 is more marketable due to the older bowlers that everyone knows. I'm happy they will continue to show bowling on ESPN even with the shorter formats.

Keep in mind that during the late 80s through mid-late 90s, they had the PBA, Senior and PWBA/LPBT shows running on ESPN, as all three tours were running at the same time.So it definitely is possible.BL.

Outside of the people who follow the PBA religiously I would think that you wouldn't be able to ask 5 random people to name 3 PBA Bowlers off the top of their heads.
