both are considerably stronger than the breeze but why do you feel you need an upgrade?  are you having problems with it?

The tropical breeze i have is only a 12lb ball. Ive gained a lot of strength in my arms from bowling and it has gotten to a point where it it too light. My friend who often bowls with me has a 190 avg and recommends that I get a new ball that is 14lbs and high performance. I did some research and liked these two, but I don't know which one will benefit me more.

Uproar. Lower price point and more logical next step up.

The uproar will be a step up in the right direction.  The iq fusion is another step further.  I'd recommend the uproar, logically.
In the bag [Infinite Physix, Volatility Torque, Night Road, Phaze III, Burner Solid, Hustle AU]
*Now Testing* IQ Ruby, Renevant, another IQ Tour solid

The Uproar is a logical step up from a Breeze but it is a LOT stronger, plus you are going to a 2 lb. heavier ball. While from what you say, you are probably more than strong enough, the difference in ball strength and the difference in weight are both significant steps up. Don't be surprised at the difference in ball reaction (shape of the breakpoint and lthe length that you get) and how much more powerful this ball is when hitting thepins. Good luck.

Thanks so much for the advice, I am going with the uproar. Can't wait to pick it up soon. Thanks again
