Ok, So I poped my sholder (Came off my honder crv 250r) spent the night in the hospital where they poped it back in, I've been doing the physotheropy for the past 9 weeks, last tuesday I picked up my bowling gear went down to the lanes, I got 3 frames in before I had to retire from the league (scratch singles) it got to the point where I phyically hasvn't able to hold the ball.

So my question is Has this happened to anyone before any tips?

Am I going to be able to bowl any time soon?

Will there be any major long team affect of this?

FYI I'm 18yr's old and my bowling description will show up in my Signiture, (I think...)

Did the same to my bowling shoulder at work. At first the sent me to physical therapy for many weeks and no improvement. Then they completely didnt want to help me at all. I contacted a lawyer, and then i was able to get an MRI which i had been requesting for weeks. Turned out i had ligament tear and cartilage which had broken off in my shoulder socket. To fix it properly, surgery. So i had surgery in June of 2005 and about 4months of serious physical rehabilitation, 2hrs/day, 3 days/wk. Orthosport is the name of it. They are the best. They got me back to bowling/work in late October. Then i shot 300 in November.

If it doesnt feel right, get it checked out. I hated being sidelined and off the lanes but i looked at the long term and dealt with the short term pain.
