I recently switched to lefty because of an injury. I have some skill at it already. average of 145-150 after 8 weeks. not too shabby.
Here is the issue. i had a ball drilled at the local shop, basic copy of right hand to left. I cannot for the life of me get out of the thing right.
thumb issues. 1/8th rev and 1/8th left.
I also at the same time bought a used inferno on here and was told it was 0 0 thumb pitch. span was great on it so I worked the thumb out and have been throwing it since, but the issue with it is after 3 games my thumb, on the side toward the web of my hand (between thumb and index) right at the knuckle swells up with slight pain. Not a sharp pain but not a dull ache either.
What, as far as pitches go, is going to correct this? I think it is pitch issues, but I could be wrong..... (not very often)
Could it also be a bevel issue??
Any suggestions?
I get out of this ball great revs nice easy to throw... but something is just not right with it.
